Almere, July 2009 - Amaryllo, the provider of RDS and TMC solutions for traffic information systems, today announces that the company received funding from the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs via SenterNovem.

 

The Dutch goverment is stimulating high quality research and development in the Dutch industry by funding a select number of high quality projects in high technological companies. As Amaryllo is the leading innovator in the world that integrates dynamic traffic information, broadcasted over RDS, directly in navigation chipset, the company became eligible for this funding, which spans the development of the Amaryllo Dynamics real time traffic reception system for a broad set of navigation chipsets from several vendors.
